Refund Policy

Returns

Disciples Athletics accepts returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused
Unwashed
In original condition
Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
Returned with original tags and packaging when applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale items
Gift cards
Customized or personalized products
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

For hygiene reasons, certain performance accessories may be non-returnable once opened or worn.

Return Shipping

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos showing the problem

If approved, Disciples Athletics may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
